Year 16 is in the books. Some things never change, as Ashley Howard won a close final over Erin Porter of
Nfld for her fourth and final Oak Island title. The boys side went to our friends from Scotland with a victory over
the Thompson team out of Mayflower.
I would like to thank the numerous volunteers who helped out this weekend. I can count close to 30 people who helped
out during the weekend from our club, not counting the parents who provided muffins and drove their kids here there and everywhere.
Thanks so much to all of you as I could not do it without the help.
Now on to 2010! I have a number of thoughts about improvements already and would welcome any feedback people may
have.
